This is a beautifully inlaid Georgian tea caddy with canted corners. Book matched oval panels of wood are on the front, back, sides and lid each pannel surrounded by leaf  and dot inlay. There are harebells inlaid to the canted corners The tea caddy still retains the remnants of the original lining inside.
Lids are old replacements.
Georgian elegance at its best.
