A Victorian circular lidded wooden spice box, with the word SPICES on the outside. Inside the box are eight spice boxes each with the name of a spice on the outside of the pot and lid and  with a patent date of Novemder 1888. Good to have all the pots present. Some old  patch repairs to the lid and to some of the pots, all aprt of its charm...
The pots are labelled Cloves, Ginger, Mustard, Nutmegs, Pepper, Allspice, Mace, Cinnamon.
The box measures 22cm w x 9cm h.
