A small antique treen Quaich, dating from the early 1800s.
Scottish Quaichs were a shallowcurved drinking bowl, usually with two handles. This one would have been for individual use, larger examples were for ceremonial use and would have been passed around the table.
It measures 11cm from the edge of the handle or lug x 6cm w for the bowl x 3cm h.
